Every summer, over 3,500 people come together to work with us in Yellowstone. We consider it both a challenge and a privilege to review thousands of applications, and to select staff members based on availability dates, flexibility in job choices, previous work experience, and performance issues as noted on references. As you complete your application, keep in mind that the paperwork that we receive is our initial impression of you as a potential employee. You can ensure your application receives prompt attention by offering complete and accurate information as well as making sure your references are sent to us as soon as possible. Once the application makes it through the initial screening process, we often rely on telephone interviews to give us additional insight before making an offer.
