RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide skills necessary to maintain and repair location lock systems.
2. Responsible for stock of keys and their issue.
3. Accountable for materials used and ordering of items needed for job completion or inventory replacement per established Company procedure.
4. Maintenance of related records.
5. Does non-related jobs when necessary.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
1. Skilled in use of tools common to the trade.
2. This position may require the use of respiratory protection. OSHA standards require a clean-shaven face and a medical screening.
3. Comply with all current related safety and health requirements.
4. Able to read, understand and comply with all current Company policies and procedures.
5. Possess physical stamina and condition to withstand heavy labor related work in an outside environment.
6. Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 70 pounds.
7. Must possess a valid driver's license.
AUTHORITIES:
1. Works with maintenance and location personnel.
