RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare surfaces to be painted, stained, varnished, etc using correct materials required for the job completion.
2. Accountable for materials used and ordering of items needed for job completion or inventory replacement per established Company procedure.
3. Does non-related job tasks when necessary.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
1. Collect materials, equipment and paint for designated surfaces.
2. Be able to work from ladders and scaffolding.
3. Skilled in use of tools common to the trade.
4. This position will require the use of respiratory protection. OSHA standards require a clean-shaven face and a medical screening.
5. Comply with all current related safety and health requirements.
6. Able to read, understand and comply with all current Company policies and procedures.
7. Must possess physical stamina and condition to withstand heavy labor related work in an outside environment.
8. Must be capable of lifting objects weighing up to 70 pounds.
9. Must possess a valid driver's license.
AUTHORITIES:
1. Work with maintenance and location personnel.
