RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for the safe and proper operation of Company equipment.
2. Responsible for giving a knowledgeable commentary of Park features.
3. Responsible for the prompt and correct completion of all required reports.
4. Responsible for representing the Company in a positive manner.
5. Responsible for a clean and neat appearance in the prescribed uniform.
6. Responsible for keeping tours on a schedule.
7. Responsible for providing courteous guest service.
8. Must be punctual.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
1. Must be at least 21 years of age and have or be capable of getting a Class B, Type 1, Commercial License with a Passenger Endorsement.
2. Must meet all DOT physical requirements.
3. Must be able to communicate with passengers with speech and hearing and be an effective communicator.
4. Must have a good driving record.
5. Must have good reading skills to research tour information.
6. Must be able to organize information about the Park into an interpretive tour.
AUTHORITIES:
1. To enhance park guests' appreciation, understanding, and enjoyment of Yellowstone Park. To communicate with other departments regarding bus passengers.
